First I want to wish all mothers out there a happy Mother's Day.

Second is a brief Rant:

So I wake up I start on the cake for the baby shower and then I finish the hand made necklace for the mother to be. I've had a good start with my mother and then the mom to be calls and says she is to be an hour in a half Early. So me and mom hurry to get the gifts wrapped and cake frosted.

Then I start with the washing and rinsing of the fruits and the Slicing of some of them. I then get the veggie tray going to which the mother to be was here Before the fruit was put together. Surprisingly all is still well. I'm being a hostess and grabbing drinks while starting on the food to be grilled.

Now that it is noon the place is starting to crowd and I'm trying to work about in my kitchen (Which is not to much bigger then a two bed room apartment's kitchen.) but there are 5 people all trying to Cut some flowers for a vase and I can't seem to get back to cleaning. Once they are out I get back to cleaning and working on Shrimp when more guest arrive. So I then try to direct the None food items to the larger living room. The mother to be however takes my directing to being Rude to Her guests so I say Fuck it.

After all this mother to be seems to forget all the fucking times I've hosted her Birthday parties. And the times I let her feel like, other then gift time, my birthdays were hers too. She also seems to forget how me and our mother seem to be hosting a baby shower, not because she wanted it but because she could use the knowledge that her family is here for her.

So I went to my room to stay out of the way after all the only one to thank me for doing all that I've done was my mother. And I didn't want her to feel like she had to do much of anything today as far as cleaning and cooking went. But my sibling seems to like to make everything out to be hers or to be un-greatful to those trying to do something nice for her.

Still all I can say is that if she still is acting like this and not caring to talk when I try to with her, that I may not be able to say bye before my trip.
